Peak 10 CEO Named 2009 Charlotte Business Leader of the Year

CHARLOTTE, N.C. Jones, has been named the 2009 Charlotte Business Leader of the Year in the technology category by Business Leader Magazine. The award was presented during a ceremony held at the Doubletree Guest Suites/Southpark in Charlotte on Wednesday, Feb. 18, 2009.

Winners in each category were chosen by the staff at Business Leader Magazine from qualified submissions. In a deviation from past years, the final vote was left to the public who were invited to cast their opinion online.

Jones co-founded Peak 10 in 2000 and has led the company to its position as an industry-leading independent data center operator and managed services provider. Among the company's many recognitions, Peak 10 was named to Charlotte Business Journal's Best Places to Work for 2008 - a testament the leadership and culture he fosters company-wide. David is a previous recipient of the Entrepreneur of the Year Award by the Charlotte Chamber of Commerce.
