(AIS), the largest provider of data center co-location services in San Diego, announced today the completion of its acquisition by an investor group led by Seaport Capital, a private equity firm focused on the media, communications, and information and business services sectors. The other members of the investor group include Viridian Investment Partners and DuPont Capital Management.
